  • What is MDtalk.AI and how does it work?

    MDtalk.AI is an artificial intelligence powered engine that takes your raw patient session recordings and processes them for you into a detailed and structured SOAP report.

    1. Open the MDtalk.AI app and sign in (or sign up if you haven’t yet).
    2. Click the center “+” icon and begin your patient consultation.
    3. When the consultation has finished, click the ‘Generate’ button.
    4. Once ready, the transcribed report will show in your report center.
      • You can now review the report, edit if needed, or add personal touches via a user-friendly interface.
    5. All looks good and ready? Click the approval icon.
      • You can now copy/share the report into your patient file.
  • How do I sign up for the service?

    Signing up is super simple! You download our apps through the Google/Apple play stores and sign up. 

  • Do I need any technical knowledge?

    No need for any technical knowledge whatsoever. Once installed on your mobile device, all you need to do is start a recording session. once finished, our AI will do the work for you, processing, transcribing and building the consultation's SOAP report for you!

  • Are reports final? Can I edit them?

    Reports are not final. They are very detailed, and structured in a professional manner - but can still be edited before finalizing them and printing them, or copying them, into your patients files/records.

  • Is the information safe and secure?

    Yes! The data that is being transcribed is encrypted and secured throughout the process per the toughest and most secured industry protocols.

  • Can I upload a recording from my phone?

    Yes! you can upload a standard voice recording from your phone for transcription using the "+" icon in the app.

  • Where can I see/edit the SOAP reports?

    Your reports are easily and readily available within your account both online and via the app. Once transcribed, the reports are there for you to review, edit if needed, and finalize.

  • How do I use the reports?

    Once finalized and approved, you can copy>paste these reports at your discretion, or share them via email accordingly.

  • How do i access my online account?

    To access you account on the web, click here, and use your login credentials to log into your account.

  • How do I delete my data?

    To delete your data, please go to your mobile device, open the app, and go to the settings menu (gear icon). Then, select  'Legal', and click the 'Delete account' option, and confirm. 

    Please note - this option will delete your account from our system, and all associated reports and recordings. This action cannot be undone(!)

  • How much does MDtalk.AI cost?

    Our basic and initial trial is free for you to try. A Premium / unlimited plan is available for $149/month

  • What are the Trial plan limitations?

    The trial plan is limited to 10 transcriptions.

  • Can I cancel the Premium plan anytime?

    Yes! Our Premium plan is month-to-month and can be cancelled any time.

  • How do I upgrade from Free to Premium?

    Upgrading your accounts is super simple:

    • open the app, and click the settings icon (gear icon)
    • click 'Subscription'
    • click the 'Subscribe' button and follow the prompts.

     

  • How do I unsubscribe?

    To unsubscribe from your premium plan:

    • If you have subscribed through the Apple Store, please log into your account, browse your subscriptions and cancel the MDtalk.ai subscription accordingly.
    • For Android devices, go to your mobile app, select the settings (gear icon), and click 'Subscription'. Once your subscription plan shows, click 'Unsubscribe'.
